Since then, the company has continued to horizontally grow their product offering and improve their systems to provide customers with the high level of service they have come to expect from SEA for 50+ years.</span></span><br><br><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">SEA continues to operate as a family environment with a dedication to quality work.</span></span><br><br><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;"><b>Job Summary</b></span></span><br><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">The<b> </b>Regional Business Development Manager drives regional revenue growth by identifying new opportunities while acting as the internal/external authority on a specific industry, product, or technical field. They combine strategic sales, relationship management, and deep domain expertise to deliver complex solutions and guide market strategy. <br><br>This position manages the sales in their territory and does not manage any direct reports or personnel. This is a remote role with some travel required. </span></span><br><br><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></span></span><ul style="margin-bottom:11px;"><li style="margin-bottom:11px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="line-height:115%;"><span><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;"><b>Strategic Growth & Sales:</b> Develop and execute regional business plans, identify market opportunities, and lead the full sales cycle to exceed targets.  Attack long incubation customers and work with them consistently to open opportunities. </span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="line-height:115%;"><span><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;"><b>Subject Matter Expertise:</b> Act as the "go-to" authority on specific products, supporting sales teams with complex pitches, and offering tailored recommendations.  Support new design, customized product development, and second source opportunities by guiding the sales team to the right products and manufacturers.</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="line-height:115%;"><span><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;"><b>Relationship Management:</b> Build and maintain high-level relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners within the assigned region.  With regard to the company’s supplier partners, work closely with territory sales managers, salespeople, and reps to learn of new business opportunities, understand customers and market needs, and to more deeply penetrate existing customers.</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="line-height:115%;"><span><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;"><b>Market Analysis & Strategy:</b> Analyze regional trends as it relates to focused regional business centers, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adjust strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="line-height:115%;"><span><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;"><b>Technical Guidance & Training:</b> Provide expert input on product development and create training materials for internal teams regarding certain products.</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="line-height:115%;"><span><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;"><b>New Product Selection and Launch:</b> Determine what new products should be added to the company’s portfolio considering likelihood of success, inventory investment, inventory tuns, ROI timelines.</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="line-height:115%;"><span><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;"><b>New Manufacturer Partnerships:</b> Broaden SEA’s manufacturer partners list by forming relationships with factories who produce like or adjacent products as used by SEA customers.</span></span></span></span></li></ul><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;"><b>Qualifications & Skills</b></span></span><ul style="margin-bottom:11px;"><li style="margin-bottom:11px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="line-height:115%;"><span><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="line-height:115%;"><span><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Masters in Business Administration (MBA) preferred but not required.</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="line-height:115%;"><span><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Prior sales experience required.</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="line-height:115%;"><span><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Experience related to the wire, cable, and tubing industries preferred.</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="line-height:115%;"><span><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Possesses customer service skills.</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="line-height:115%;"><span><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Able to manage day-to-day activities and exercise independence and adaptability.</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="line-height:115%;"><span><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Good written and verbal communication skills.</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="line-height:115%;"><span><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Able to effectively interact with a variety of sedentary role; however, some filing is required.
