This mid-level role requires strong outbound prospecting skills, comfort selling technical solutions, and the ability to engage decision-makers in fast-paced B2B environments.</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify sales-ready opportunities</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Educate prospects on SaaS, cybersecurity, FinTech, and AI solutions</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Set qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Research target accounts and identify key stakeholders</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership on messaging and targeting</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">2–4 years of experience as an SDR or BDR in a B2B environment</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prior experience working remotely, with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar; candidates without prior remote work experience will not be considered</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience working with US or UK-based companies</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven success in outbound prospecting and meeting quota targets</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience selling or supporting SaaS products</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong written and verbal communication skills</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Background in tech, cybersecurity, FinTech, or AI-driven platforms</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience selling to technical or executive-level stakeholders</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with account-based sales strategies</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Tools & Technology</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, or similar)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">LinkedIn Sales Navigator</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace tools<br><br><strong>Please NOTE</strong> It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
