Our business continues to expand its in-person only operation which brings trusted experts face-to-face with the public all around the UK.</span></p><p style="margin-left:0cm;"><span style="color:black;">In under three years, we’ve grown from a pub-table idea into a profitable £50m+ turnover business, and we’re on a mission to make WeBuyVintage the number 1 way to safely sell your valuables in the UK.</span></p><p style="margin-left:0cm;"><span style="color:black;"><strong>The Role</strong></span></p><p style="margin-left:0cm;"><span style="color:black;">Reporting into the Head of Business Development, you will be trusted to work autonomously to identify and execute high-impact projects that deliver growth, profit and process optimisation, and cross-business innovation. Working on a project-by-project basis, you will prepare robust business cases for your ideas, plan their execution, and actively deliver these projects up to the point of handover.</span></p><p style="margin-left:0cm;"><span style="color:black;">This role is purpose-built for a commercially minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver - somebody who simply finds a way to "get things done" with minimal bureaucracy or hesitation.</span></p><p style="margin-left:0cm;"><span style="color:black;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul><li><strong>Identify, Plan & Execute Growth Initiatives:</strong> Research and develop new business opportunities, including service expansion, strategic partnerships (e.g., auction clients), new product development, and other business innovations.</li><li><strong>End-to-End Project Management:</strong> Oversee key commercial projects from concept through to execution, working closely with the leadership team as part of the Projects team to drive measurable financial and operational results.</li><li><strong>Market & Data Analysis:</strong> Stay ahead of industry trends, shifting customer needs, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and build air-tight business cases.</li><li><strong>Business Efficiency & Optimisation:</strong> Identify areas for process or spend improvement, ensuring we can scale each area of our business as profitably and efficiently as possible.</li><li><strong>Stakeholder Management:</strong> Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers to ensure the smooth and successful execution of all projects.</li><li><strong>Reporting & Handover:</strong> Establish clear KPIs for all new initiatives, monitor their success, and create structured handover processes for the wider operations team once a project is stabilized.</li></ul><p style="margin-left:0cm;"><span style="color:black;"><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong></span></p><ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong> Proven track record (typically 3-5+ years) in project management, commercial strategy, operations, or management consulting.</li><li><strong>Commercial Acumen:</strong> A strong understanding of business finance, profitability, and what drives revenue growth in a consumer-facing business.</li><li><strong>Execution-Focused:</strong> A self-starter mentality with a demonstrated ability to take an idea from a blank sheet of paper to a fully operational reality.</li><li><strong>Analytical Mindset:</strong> Comfortable working with data to build business cases, forecast outcomes, and measure project success.</li><li><strong>Communication Skills:</strong> Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels, from front-line staff to external suppliers and company founders.</li><li><strong>Adaptability:</strong> Comfortable navigating ambiguity and pivoting quickly in a high-growth, fast-changing environment.</li></ul><p style="margin-left:0cm;"><span style="color:black;"><strong>What We Offer</strong></span></p><ul><li><strong>A 4-Day Working Week:</strong> We believe in working smart and giving you the time to recharge.</li><li><strong>Competitive Compensation:</strong> £40,000-£50,000 per year base salary.</li><li><strong>Impact & Influence:</strong> The unique opportunity to work closely at a senior level with the company founders, directly influencing key business decisions.</li><li><strong>Career Trajectory:</strong> A fast-growing, friendly, and entrepreneurial UK brand with huge room for rapid career progression and personal development.</li><li><strong>Dynamic Workload:</strong> A unique blend of high-level strategic thinking and hands-on, operational execution.</li></ul> Salary: 40000 - 50000 GBP Per annum
