Customer Sales Analyst
Job Description:
- Identify insights, present learnings, and deliver business recommendations to drive joint business growth
- Collaborate with the sales & corporate teams to achieve customer unit, revenue, distribution, feature, and display goals
- Design, prepare and deliver regular category, customer, and account performance reports
- Conduct regular reviews and quarterly assessments of key business drivers
- Deliver ad-hoc analysis with curiosity and agility, in a way that proactively uncovers business opportunities
- Develop & build impactful customer specific selling stories that reflect key category business-building initiatives
- Partner with the Sales team to prepare, lead and deliver materials for external meetings
- Attend customer meetings to assist sales team in presenting business cases
- Define and scale best practices across the analyst organization
Requirements:
- A self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent collaborator and proven ability to work as a team
- Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with high proficiency in data analysis
- Ability to link strategies and objectives to develop a plan and deliver results
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills
- Proven experience owning reporting and providing data driven insights to influence business results
- Prior experience in business analytics with a national retailer or manufacturer is a plus
- Experience with 3rd party data is a plus, including but not limited to IRI and 84.51 (Market 6 & Stratum)
