We help partners drive business growth while accelerating Akamai's go-to-market objectives. You will support key initiatives driving strategic alignment, operations excellence, and program success across the Akamai Technology Partner ecosystem.</p><p><b>Help us achieve our goals</b></p><p>This position involves collaborating with teams to design, execute, and optimize processes and reporting to support our technology partners. Responsibilities include improving processes, supporting reporting, and driving continuous improvement. The role focuses on enhancing scalability while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and program success.</p><p>As a Channel Programs & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li class="lst">Managing and improving existing partner programs, ensuring they meet business goals and partner needs.</li><li class="lst">Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including Partner Account Executives, Business Development and leadership, to align program strategy with business priorities</li><li class="lst">Defining and executing change management plans, ensuring seamless adoption of new processes and programs.</li><li class="lst">Driving operational & reporting improvements by identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions.</li><li class="lst">Providing external technology partners with monthly revenue and contract reporting.</li><li class="lst">Liaising between internal and external technology partners to solve any questions related to revenue and contract reporting.</li></ul><p><b>Do what you love</b></p><p>To be successful in this role you will:</p><ul><li class="lst">Have 2+ years of experience in in Program Management or Business Operations.</li><li class="lst">Have a Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma or equivalent professional background.</li><li class="lst">Possess analytical skills and experience with Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, or equivalent tools.</li><li class="lst">Have experience working with Partner Programs and being responsible for partner related processes.</li><li class="lst">Be familiar with partner ecosystems like ISVs, cloud providers, and marketplaces</li><li class="lst">Demonstrate experience using project management and collaboration tools, such as Smartsheets, Confluence, and Google Productivity Tools</li><li class="lst">Demonstrate the ability to work in a dynamic environment while adapting fluidly and managing tense situations</li><li class="lst">Be adept working across diverse, global environments and in matrix organizations</li></ul><p><b>About us</b></p><p>At Akamai, we make life better for billions of people, trillions of times a day.<br>Whether you're streaming live events, scrolling social media, watching your favorite series, or managing your savings, we're the engine behind the scenes.
