Our Vegetables & Flowers Seeds Development team seeks a Phenomics Product Owner in El Eijdo, Spain , to lead next-generation phenotyping solutions. Drive phenomics innovation strategy and technical roadmap aligned with breeding priorities, delivering competitive advantage • Lead end-to-end technology integration from proof-of-concept through operational deployment across international R&D sites • Partner with IT teams to architect cloud-based platforms (AWS) and scalable data pipelines • Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Vision, or related field • Strong technical foundation in imaging technologies, computer vision, machine learning/AI, and image analysis • Experience leading collaborative projects with multiple stakeholders • Proficiency with Agile frameworks and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) Experience with digital agriculture platforms and open-source phenomics tools • Flexible working arrangements Learning culture and a wide range of development options, including access to learning platforms (Degreed and LinkedIn Learning) This position does not include visa sponsorships or relocation support.
