The position of Concierge Team Member - Online Chat Support is a vital part of the guest experience at Tanganyika. In this role, team members assist guests by managing communications through online chat, email, text, and phone calls using Go High Level platform. The Concierge Team Member plays a critical role in answering questions about tickets, memberships, and park experiences, helping visitors plan memorable visits. Additionally, the role supports the Sales Lead with guest communications and assists with other concierge tasks as necessary. The focus of this position is to deliver exceptional customer service and create those hallmark "WOW" moments that Tanganyika Wildlife Park is known for. Employment with Tanganyika Wildlife Park is part-time to full-time, with a schedule primarily consisting of weekend shifts combined with some weekday flexibility. The starting pay is $13.50 per hour contingent on weekday availability during spring and fall seasons.
