About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research keywords and optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags for better reach
2. Create and suggest engaging thumbnails to improve click-through rate (CTR)
3. Analyze YouTube analytics (views, watch time, audience retention)
4. Suggest strategies to improve channel growth and engagement
5. Assist in uploading and optimizing videos

1. are available for the work from home job/internship
2. can start the work from home job/internship between 11th Apr'26 and 16th May'26
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

Stipend:

INR₹ 1,000 /month

Other Requirements:

1. 1. Candidates with a basic understanding of YouTube SEO and digital marketing
2. 2. Interest in content growth, analytics, and YouTube channel development
3. 3. Basic knowledge of thumbnail creation tools (like Canva or similar)
4. 4. Ability to analyze data (views, CTR, watch time) and suggest improvements
5. 5. Candidates who are consistent, responsible, and willing to learn
6. 6. Students available for 2–3 hours per day (remote)
7. 7. Basic understanding of Bengali language (preferred)
