CREATIVE
Tasks / Accountabilities
• Translate creative concepts into exceptional design and motion across campaign ecosystems, ensuring every asset feels cohesive, premium and on brand.
• Create and refine storyboards, transitions, and animation tests to define an execution approach early and de-risk production hold ups or limitations.
• Maintain strong fundamentals across all work: typography, layout, hierarchy, pacing, timing, easing, legibility, and brand consistency.
• Proactively identify opportunities to elevate craft and simplify complexity – making the work better and more efficient.
• Support creative teams with practical execution thinking (formats, feasibility, channel requirements, production pathways).
Key Performance Indicators
• Craft and polish: Work consistently meets a “ready for market” standard with minimal finishing fixes.
• Ideation: Strengthen the core idea with design and motion to help it land clearly.
• Consistency: Campaigns feel unified across ratios, formats, placements and rounds.

CLIENT
Tasks / Accountabilities
• Execute and adapt creative across all channels, Print, Digital OOH (static + motion), Social (platform variants; short-form motion; stories/reels formats), and Web/Display (including HTML banner animation output).
• Own the day-to-day execution of feedback from internal stakeholders and clients — interpreting notes accurately, implementing efficiently, and maintaining quality through iterations.
• Ensure deliverables meet all channel specifications: dimensions, safe areas, readability, file weight, codecs, durations, frame rates, and platform requirements.
• Contribute to internal or client-facing reviews with clear articulation of execution choices (when required), helping stakeholders understand what’s being made and why.
Key Performance Indicators
• Accuracy and responsiveness: Feedback is actioned correctly with fewer back-and-forth rounds.
• Channel compliance: Deliverables pass technical checks and require minimal production rework.
