marketing efforts across social media, paid acquisition, community growth, and digital campaigns.</p><p>The organization operates at the center of the blockchain and Web3 ecosystem, connecting founders, startups, investors, and innovators through co-working spaces, accelerator programs, events, and strategic initiatives across multiple international locations.</p><p>This is an opportunity to work closely with an experienced global marketing team while contributing directly to the growth and visibility of a highly recognized brand within the Web3 space.</p><h3><strong>The participation</li><li>Identify and engage with key influencers and ecosystem partners</li><li>Track trends and conversations within blockchain and crypto communities</li><li>Manage and grow Telegram and Discord communities</li><li>Support the creation of monthly content and communications plans</li><li>Prepare monthly social media growth and engagement reports</li></ul><h4><strong>Paid Ads & Growth Marketing</strong></h4><ul><li>Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across:<ul><li>LinkedIn Ads</li><li>X (Twitter) Ads</li><li>Google Ads</li></ul></li><li>Monitor campaign performance and improve conversion rates</li><li>Conduct A/B testing for creatives, messaging, and campaign angles</li><li>Support lead-generation campaigns for:<ul><li>Events</li><li>Reports</li><li>Web3 initiatives</li></ul></li><li>Analyze performance data and recommend optimizations</li></ul><h4><strong>Content & Marketing Support</strong></h4><ul><li>Support broader content marketing and
