Pair Eyewear Inc. is seeking a customer-focused Virtual Chat Support Agent to provide real-time assistance to customers through live chat and digital messaging platforms. This role is ideal for individuals with strong written communication skills who enjoy helping customers in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and messaging systems
Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, and support processes
Resolve customer questions efficiently while maintaining a professional and friendly tone
Document customer interactions clearly in internal systems
Escalate complex inquiries to appropriate internal teams when necessary
Follow company policies, quality standards, and data protection guidelines
Contribute to a positive and consistent customer experience
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree a plus)
Previous customer service or chat support experience preferred but not required
Excellent written communication and typing skills
Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
Comfortable using CRM systems and online support tools
Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote workspace
