VIP Creator Performance Coach (TikTok Shop)

We’re hiring a high-energy, relationship-driven VIP Creator Performance Manager to work directly with our top-tier TikTok Shop creators.

This role focuses on proven affiliates generating $10,000+/month in commissions. You’ll act as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for a curated group of high-performing creators, helping them scale content, conversions, and overall revenue.

You’ll also onboard new high-potential creators and ensure they ramp quickly with clear, actionable game plans.

This is a front-facing, high-impact role where you’ll be in constant communication, leading calls, and actively driving performance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and manage relationships with a portfolio of top-performing TikTok Shop creators
  • Onboard new creators and get them ramped quickly with clear strategies
  • Run consistent 1:1 calls to review performance and set action plans
  • Build and execute tailored growth strategies for each creator
  • Conduct monthly performance audits (content, conversions, product mix, output)
  • Analyze data to identify scaling opportunities
  • Provide direct, actionable feedback on content, hooks, and positioning
  • Act as the go-to resource for all creator questions and strategy
  • Proactively bring new opportunities, campaigns, and product pushes
  • Hold creators accountable to execution and revenue growth

Who You Are (Required):

  • Experience as a content creator or content coach/strategist
  • Direct experience working with TikTok Shop (affiliate, creator, or manager side)
  • Deep understanding of what makes content convert, not just perform
  • Extremely outgoing and confident in a front-facing role
  • Strong communicator who can build trust quickly with high-level creators
  • Comfortable leading calls, giving direction, and pushing for results
  • Performance-driven with a focus on revenue growth

Bonus Points:

  • Experience managing or working with high-earning creators
  • Background in affiliate marketing or e-commerce
  • Proven track record of scaling TikTok content or accounts
  • Strong instincts for viral content and conversion strategy

Positioning:

You’ll be working directly with top creators, not beginners. Your role is to help them scale further by combining strategy, accountability, and hands-on support.

This is a high-impact role where your input directly affects creator revenue and brand growth.
