Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to optimize restaurant operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.
  • Lead and inspire senior management teams across multiple locations, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in accountability and collaboration.
  • Oversee daily operations management, including quality assurance, service standards, inventory control, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Drive change management initiatives to adapt to market trends, operational challenges, and technological advancements.
  • Implement process improvements to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency through data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to meet business objectives while maintaining fiscal discipline.
  • Lead business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the brand footprint.
  • Oversee project management initiatives related to store openings, renovations, or other large-scale operational projects.

  • Proven experience in operations management within the restaurant or QSR industry with a strong track record of leading large teams and managing multiple locations.

  • Strong strategic planning capabilities combined with hands-on experience in process improvement and business development.
  • Expertise in change management methodologies to facilitate smooth transitions during organizational or operational shifts.
  • Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, program management, and financial analysis to support sustainable growth initiatives.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.

Pay: $200,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
