Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to optimize restaurant operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.
- Lead and inspire senior management teams across multiple locations, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in accountability and collaboration.
- Oversee daily operations management, including quality assurance, service standards, inventory control, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Drive change management initiatives to adapt to market trends, operational challenges, and technological advancements.
- Implement process improvements to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency through data-driven decision-making.
- Manage budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to meet business objectives while maintaining fiscal discipline.
- Lead business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the brand footprint.
- Oversee project management initiatives related to store openings, renovations, or other large-scale operational projects.

- Proven experience in operations management within the restaurant or QSR industry with a strong track record of leading large teams and managing multiple locations.

Pay: $200,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
