Our people-first culture is built around collaboration, trust, and creating opportunities where individuals can thrive professionally while working with high-performing international teams.<br></li> <li>We’re currently hiring on behalf of one of our amazing US mortgage clients for a highly organized professional who enjoys coordination-heavy work, thrives in fast-paced environments, and takes pride in keeping operations moving smoothly behind the scenes.<br></li> </ul> <b>Role Overview</b><b><br></b> <ul> <li>As a <b>US Mortgage Third-Party Vendor Coordinator</b>, you’ll manage and track all third-party services required throughout the mortgage process, including appraisals, title work, flood certifications, insurance, and vendor coordination.<br></li> <li>You’ll be responsible for ensuring orders are placed quickly, tracked accurately, and proactively followed up before delays impact loan progress. This role requires strong organization, communication, and follow-through across multiple systems and stakeholders.<br></li> <li>You’ll work closely with vendors, loan teams, and internal stakeholders to help keep files progressing efficiently toward underwriting and closing.<br></li> </ul> <b>Key Responsibilities:</b><b><br></b> <ul> <li>Order appraisals, title work, flood certifications, insurance, and related services.<br></li> <li>Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers.<br></li> <li>Track third-party orders and timelines accurately.<br></li> <li>Monitor ETAs and proactively follow up on delays.<br></li> <li>Maintain organized records and update systems in real time.<br></li> <li>Facilitate communication between vendors, loan teams, and stakeholders.<br></li> <li>Support appraisal scheduling and property access coordination.<br></li> <li>Escalate issues, delays, or risks when necessary.<br></li> <li>Ensure files continue progressing toward underwriting and closing.<br></li> <li>Manage multiple active orders and priorities simultaneously.<br></li> </ul> <br> <br> <h3>Requirements</h3> <b>Required Qualifications (Must-Have):</b><br> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in operations coordination, administration, mortgage support, vendor coordination, logistics, or deadline-driven workflows.<br></li> <li>Strong written English communication skills.<br></li> <li>Experience coordinating with external vendors or service providers.<br></li> <li>Strong organizational and follow-up skills.<br></li> <li>Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines.<br></li> <li>Comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms.<br></li> <li>Stable internet connection and remote work setup.<br></li> <li>Availability during US Eastern business hours.<br></li> </ul> <b>Nice-to-Have:<br></b> <ul> <li>Mortgage processing or mortgage operations experience.<br></li> <li>Experience with appraisal coordination.<br></li> <li>Familiarity with Loan Origination Systems (LOS).<br></li> <li>Exposure to title coordination or compliance-driven environments.<br></li> <li>Understanding of TRID and loan disclosures.<br></li> <li>Knowledge of FHA, VA, and conventional appraisal requirements.<br></li> <li>Experience with Airtable or workflow tracking tools.<br></li> </ul> <b>Why Join PeoplePartners<br></b> <ul> <li>At PeoplePartners, you’ll join a collaborative remote team that values accountability, communication, and operational excellence.<br></li> <li>You’ll have the opportunity to work with international mortgage teams, strengthen your coordination and operations expertise, and contribute to a fast-moving environment where organization and follow-through truly make an impact.<br></li> <li>We’re looking for professionals who enjoy structured workflows, take ownership seriously, and thrive in roles where reliability and proactive communication matter every day.<br></li> </ul> <b>Work Details:<br></b> <ul> <li><b>Work Setup:</b> Fully Remote / Work from Home.<br></li> <li><b>Schedule:</b> Monday to Friday.<br></li> <li><b>Working Hours:</b> Day-shift - EST<br></li> <li><b>Employment Type:</b> Full-time<br></li> </ul> Ready to Apply?
