TikTok Live Host (Remote, Part-Time) – Coffee Brand

Summary

We are a growing coffee brand seeking an experienced TikTok Live Host to lead consistent live selling sessions and engage our community through TikTok Shop. This is a remote, part-time, on-camera sales role only.

This is not a content creation, account management, or strategy position.

We are looking for someone who knows how to sell live, connect with viewers, and convert traffic into sales.

Non-Negotiable Requirements. Please read before applying.

- Based in the United States

- Native English speaker

- Proven experience selling products through TikTok Shop LIVE

- Comfortable using TikTok LIVE tools, including:

- Pinning products

- Rotating SKUs

- Managing featured products during live sessions

- Available for evening live sessions (EST or PST)

- Reliable availability for a consistent weekly schedule

- Applications without proof of TikTok Shop LIVE selling experience will not be reviewed.

Responsibilities

- Host TikTok LIVE sessions 3–5 times per week

- Sell products in real time through TikTok Shop

- Pin and rotate products throughout each session

- Guide viewers through the checkout process

- Demonstrate products using provided talking points

- Respond to questions and engage viewers live

- Maintain strong energy, professionalism, and consistency

- Help improve conversion performance over time

Nice to Have. Not required, but a plus:

- Coffee, food & beverage, or CPG experience

- Retail, customer service, or sales background

- Warm, calm, and engaging on-camera presence

- Experience driving repeat buyers during live shopping events

Compensation

Hourly rate + performance bonuses based on sales results.
