Territory Manager Endovascular (South West England & Wales)

As Territory Manager you will be responsible for sales revenues in the assigned territory (<b>South West England & Wales</b>), with a product portfolio including peripheral intervention solutions, including stents, balloons, guidewires, and advanced vessel modification technologies.</p><p></p><p>Region: South West England & Wales</p><p>You should be based within the region to be considered for the role.</p><p></p><p><u>Key responsibilities:</u></p><ul><li>Deliver territory sales targets across all products by maximising call effectiveness, developing new business, and managing tenders and awards.</li><li>Track market trends and competitor activity within the territory.</li><li>Complete accurate and timely administration, including CRM updates, forecasts, reporting, expenses, and budget management.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, representing Abbott professionally and compliantly.</li><li>Support the Regional Sales Manager, including cross‑territory field support and mentoring junior team members.</li><li>Collaborate with Clinical Specialists to deliver product training and education across the region, including Ireland.</li><li>Act as a role model for Territory Manager accountability and performance.</li></ul><p></p><p><u>Profile / Requirements:</u></p><ul><li>Relevant Product Knowledge including communication of clinical and/or technical data.</li><li>Relevant experience in a sales role in the Health Care Industry</li><li>Appropriate tertiary qualification or Medical/Paramedical certification eg. nursing or Relevant industry experience</li><li>Must have valid driver’s licence</li><li>Preferably prior learning of professional selling skills, especially within the medical devices or pharmaceutical arena</li><li>Ability to put together a territory business plan</li><li>Capable computer skills for Abbott field reporting data system and necessary correspondence and spreadsheets.</li><li>Demonstrated Teamwork/ & Collaboration</li><li>Strong Customer Focus</li><li>Good Planning and Organising ability</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Self-motivated and Self-Disciplined</li><li>Resilient and Tenacious</li></ul><p></p><p>As you’d expect from an innovative global health care company, we offer a competitive range of benefits including excellent salaries, a class-leading defined contribution pension scheme, private healthcare, life assurance and a flexible benefits scheme.</p><p></p><p>Abbott is about the power of health.
