Telesales Representative

<p>We are looking for a well-spoken telesales representative to be resonsible for soliciting sales and donations over the telephone. The telesales representative's responsibilities include contacting potential customers, reading from a prescribed script, focusing on cutomer needs to close sales, and documenting customer information, purchases, and reactions.<br><br><br><strong>Telesales Representative Responsibilities:</strong><br>Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.<br>Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.<br>Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.<br>Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.<br>Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.<br>Answering customers' questions on the products.<br>Meeting sales quotas.<br><br><br><strong>Requirements:</strong><br>Excellent communication skills.<br>Creative thinking skills.<br>The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.<br>Good sales ability.<br>Working knowledge of relevant computer software.<br>Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.<br>The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.<br><br><strong>Qualifications</strong><br>We’re seeking experienced sales representatives who can confidently work the phones from home<br>This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to close donations while working independently in a remote environment<br>Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (telemarketing, phone sales, or related required)<br>Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills<br>Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily<br>Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace at home<br>Self-motivated with strong time management skills<br>Positive, goal-driven attitude and resilience when handling “no’s”<br>Must currently reside in Ohio, Michigan, Arizona, or Minnesota to be considered<br>Only candidates with sales experience and who reside in these states will be considered<br>sales : 1 year (Required)</p><p><br><strong>Benefits</strong><br>100% work-from-home position<br>Competitive hourly base pay + bonuses<br>Bi Weekly pay<br>Supportive leadership and training<br>Hourly pay and bonuses<br>Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour<br>401(k)<br>Health insurance<br>Paid training<br>Work from home</p> Salary: 14 - 17 USD Per hour
