This role demands strong technical leadership, delivery governance, and client-facing capabilities to drive seamless cloud adoption while ensuring scalability, security, and business value.</span></p><p class="ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message" style="margin: 0in; min-height: 15px;"> </p><p class="ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message" style="margin: 0in 0in 1.5pt;"><span style="color: black;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li style="color: black;"><span>Lead <strong>end-to-end cloud migration programs</strong> across AWS and Azure, including data center exits, legacy modernization, and cloud-native transformation.</span></li><li style="color: black;"><span>Own full delivery lifecycle including <strong>presales support, planning, execution, governance, risk management, and client reporting</strong>.</span></li><li style="color: black;"><span>Provide <strong>technical and architectural oversight</strong>, ensuring alignment with cloud, security, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices.</span></li><li style="color: black;"><span>Build and manage <strong>migration roadmaps</strong>, delivery milestones, dependencies, and multi-level Definitions of Done (DoD).</span></li><li style="color: black;"><span>Act as the <strong>primary delivery leader and client interface</strong>, managing stakeholder expectations, budgets, CRs, and escalations.</span></li><li style="color: black;"><span>Lead <strong>hybrid and distributed delivery teams</strong>, ensuring effective staffing, capacity planning, and performance management.</span></li></ul><p class="ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message" style="margin: 0in; min-height: 15px;"> </p><p class="ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message" style="margin: 0in 0in 1.5pt;"><span style="color: black;"><strong>Required Experience & Skills</strong></span></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li style="color: black;"><span><strong>15+ years</strong> of overall IT experience with strong background in <strong>AWS and Azure cloud migration</strong>.</span></li><li style="color: black;"><span>Proven experience in <strong>application development–led cloud transformation</strong> initiatives.</span></li><li style="color: black;"><span>Strong understanding of <strong>DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and cloud security fundamentals</strong>.</span></li><li style="color: black;"><span>Hands-on experience delivering programs using <strong>Agile/Scrum</strong> methodologies.</span></li><li style="color: black;"><span>Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</span></li></ul><p class="ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message" style="margin: 0in 0in 1.5pt;"><span style="color: black;"><strong>Certifications (Preferred)</strong></span></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li style="color: black;"><span><strong>AWS or Azure Cloud Certification</strong> (Foundational or higher)</span></li><li style="color: black;"><span><strong>PMP / Scrum Master / PMI-ACP</strong> or equivalent delivery certifications</span></li></ul> <br>At Zensar, we’re <i>“experience-led everything”</i>.
