Technical Account Manager (UiPath) - Remote / Telecommute

Job Overview:

  • The Technical Account Manager (UiPath) will act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers, helping drive automation adoption and maximize business value through UiPath solutions.
  • This role focuses on customer engagement, technical guidance, infrastructure support, troubleshooting, and automation best practices.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles.
  • Experience with UiPath or other intelligent automation platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server infrastructure.
  • Experience with Linux administration and Kubernetes.
  • Programming experience with .NET, C#, Java, Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience required.

Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in technical consulting, account management, or support roles.
  • Experience supporting SaaS and cloud-based platforms.
  • Prior experience in technical support or consulting environments preferred.
  • Experience with IT infrastructure, networking, and security troubleshooting.
  • Customer engagement and technical advisory experience required.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a core member of customer account teams and manage technical workstreams.
  • Guide customers in executing automation adoption strategies.
  • Provide technical advisory to improve automation program maturity and outcomes.
  • Support UiPath platform infrastructure, installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Enable customers on UiPath platform best practices and automation standards.
  • Conduct automation design and code reviews.
  • Perform technical health checks and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate with Product Support teams to resolve escalated technical issues.
  • Deliver webinars, demos, and technical presentations for customers.
  • Contribute to improving internal processes and delivery methodologies.

Should Have:

  • Experience with Kubernetes and cloud technologies.
  • Knowledge of robotic process automation and intelligent automation solutions.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
