We let our personalities shine, and we enjoy having fun.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The JOB</strong><br></p><p>The<em><strong> Task Force Controller</strong></em> will provide interim financial leadership at a property by maintaining full control over accounting operations during periods of transition or vacancy; oversee month-end closing, financial reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and USALI/GAAP; analyze hotel financial performance including P&L, cash flow, and operating metrics and present insights to property and corporate leadership; train, mentor, and support property accounting teams to ensure continuity and adherence to brand and company standards; implement and strengthen internal controls to safeguard assets and maintain audit readiness;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>***</strong><u><strong>Please note</strong></u><strong>: This role must be flexible with travel and available for on-site placement at hotel properties as needed, with assignment lengths varying.</strong> <strong>***</strong><br></p><p><strong>The OFFER:</strong></p><p>In return, you are rewarded with a competitive compensation package including competitive pay, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401k plan with employer matching, Paid Time Off, Holidays, Complimentary meals, and Discounted Food & Hotel Discounts at Noble House Hotels & Resorts nationwide.</p><p>Requirements</p><p>To be successful as a Task Force Controller you:</p><ul><li>Must have experience as a Hotel Director of Finance in a decentralized accounting environment at a full-service hotel, closing the books down to cash.</li><li>3-5 years Director of Finance Experience within the Hotel/Resort Industry. High School Diploma Required. Degree in Accounting, Finance and/or similar field preferred.</li><li>Are hands-on and also see the big picture.
