Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Talent Manager to oversee and guide our talent acquisition and development efforts across the group. The Talent Manager will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and nurturing high-potential candidates, building strong relationships, and ensuring that all talent management strategies align with the organization’s goals. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful integration and continuous development of talent within the company.
