System Reliability & Support Lead

Maintain the stability and functionality of critical systems within the organization. Manage and lead a team of system administrators to ensure timely and efficient support for all systems. Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement or potential risks. Develop and implement processes and procedures for system maintenance and support. Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements and upgrades. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to system reliability and support. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards. Develop and maintain system documentation, including standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guides. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates on system performance and outages. Identify and implement automation solutions to improve system efficiency and reduce manual tasks. Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge. Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical systems. Continuously monitor and analyze system logs and performance metrics to proactively identify potential issues.
