Swimming Pool Technician

Texas Splash Pools is hiring a full-time Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, working independently, staying active, and taking pride in completing quality work without constant supervision.

Job Duties Include:

- Cleaning and maintaining residential swimming pools

- Testing and balancing pool chemicals

- Inspecting pool equipment and reporting issues

- Driving a daily service route

- General labor, warehouse, vehicle, and maintenance duties as needed

Requirements:

- Valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record

- Must be at least 18 years old

- Able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly

- Able to work outdoors in Texas heat and weather conditions

- Able to work around chlorine and pool chemicals

- Dependable and able to show up consistently

- Self-motivated with good time management skills

- Able to communicate professionally with customers

- No felonies

- Drug free

Position Details:

- Full-time

- Monday–Friday

- Starting pay is $550 per week

- Take-home work truck provided

- No experience required, willing to train

- Paid training provided

- 90-day probationary/training period

- Outdoor work year-round
