<h1>Job Description Summary</h1><h1>Job Description</h1>What you’ll do <ul><li>Execute end-to-end customer parts fulfillment across the order lifecycle, ensuring timely, accurate resolution of customer issues.</li><li>Interface daily with internal and external customers to meet order fulfillment needs, customer deadlines, and quarterly sales and cash targets.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Sourcing, Pricing, Shipping, Factories, Commercial, and Field) to support delivery commitments.</li><li>Manage Order-to-Remittance (OTR) activities in collaboration with Project Managers, Engineering, and CM&U teams.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact and voice of the customer for order inquiries, complaints, and delivery escalations.</li><li>Oversee material shortages and returns in alignment with inventory management and quality strategies.</li><li>Manage all international shipments into and outside of the U.S., including strong knowledge of shipping documentation, mode of transportation, Incoterms, carrier coordination, logistics cost quoting, and cost ownership.</li><li>Communicate clear, timely, and detailed quote and order status updates to all stakeholders throughout the order lifecycle.</li><li>Support system enhancements, process improvements, and key initiatives impacting parts fulfillment operations, applying sound operational judgment and providing informal guidance as needed.</li></ul>What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)<ul><li>Advanced experience in Services and Customer Order & Fulfillment operations.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma with relevant professional experience.</li><li>Minimum of 6 years of experience within the Services, Customer Order, Fulfillment, or related job family/function.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in international trade, including import and export of goods</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software</li><li>Knowledge of Manufacturing / Sourcing operations.</li><li>Knowledge of Oracle or other ERP</li></ul> What will make you stand out<ul><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey order status, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders.</li><li>Demonstrated customer service mindset, acting as an advocate for customer needs and service excellence.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.</li><li>Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and matrixed organizations, demonstrating strong teamwork and a proactive attitude.</li><li>Strong process orientation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and act as a change agent.</li><li>Experience supporting system enhancements or operational initiatives related to parts fulfillment or order management.</li><li>Understanding of order management performance indicators, including On-Time Delivery (OTD) and data quality metrics.</li><li>Ability to maintain high standards of order data accuracy throughout the full order lifecycle.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings or technical documentation, with an engineering background or technical qualification considered a plus</li></ul>Additional Notes: (optional, delete if not needed)<ul><li>If your role is 100% remote or a hybrid role, you may add a statement indicating it as an additional note.
