Strategic Development Manager – Protection
Job Description:
- Provide tailored F&I training for dealers in collaboration with field account representatives on GM Protection products, menu & interview process, and systems.
- Support new dealership launches, new F&I Manager training, service claims processes, overcoming objections, and business development.
- Maintain effective communication with dealers and appropriate internal partners.
- Be self-motivated with an ability to work both independently and collaboratively to drive change.
- Be mobile as this role is fully remote and may travel up to 80% of the time to dealership training assignments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred, or extensive relevant experience preferred
- In-dealership F&I experience strongly preferred
- A proven track record of quality sales performance and client satisfaction preferred
