Senior Warehouse Manager – Overnight Shift

Overview

We’re looking for a proven leader to run overnight warehouse operations and drive performance, efficiency, and team engagement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a track record of reducing overtime and improving retention.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and develop a team of warehouse managers and supervisors
  • Oversee all nightly operations: receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping
  • Drive productivity, accuracy, and on-time performance through KPIs
  • Reduce overtime through effective workforce planning and scheduling
  • Improve employee retention, engagement, and overall culture
  • Ensure safety compliance and promote a zero-incident mindset
  • Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years in warehouse/distribution, including leadership of leaders
  • Proven success reducing overtime and improving retention
  • Strong operational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with WMS/ERP systems
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety standards

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related)
  • Lean / Six Sigma experience
  • High-volume or multi-site distribution experience

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
