Sr. Proposal Manager - Federal Construction

The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with our teams to manage and write proposals for multiple construction proposals concurrently. margin-bottom: 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Assess Requests for Proposal (RFP) opportunities for organizational fit.</li> <li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Collaborate with sales and capture teams to align proposal strategies with capture plans.</li> <li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Oversee all phases of proposal development, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.</li> <li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Facilitate meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and integrate proposal content.</li> <li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Develop and incorporate win themes into proposals and prepare final response packages for submission.</li> <li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Manage follow-up activities, including debriefs, content consolidation, and data collection.</li> <li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">At least 8 years of experience in federal proposal management</li> <li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Must have experience in federal construction industries.</li> <li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple proposals and competing deadlines.</li> <li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and English composition.</li> <li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in;
