<p><strong><em>Title:</em></strong><em> Senior D365 Finance Functional Consultant</em></p><p><strong><em>Location:</em></strong><em> Chicago, IL (Hybrid – Local candidates preferred)</em></p><p><strong><em>Duration:</em></strong><em> 12–18+ Month Contract</em></p><p><br></p><p>Job Description</p><p>We are seeking a Senior D365 Finance Functional Consultant to support a large-scale D365 Finance & Operations transformation initiative. This role will serve as a Finance SME, working closely with Finance leadership, business stakeholders, ERP Program teams, and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery of the D365 Finance workstream.</p><p>The consultant will focus on requirements validation, fit-gap analysis, solution review, testing/UAT support, and alignment between business needs and the D365 Finance solution. The role will become increasingly hands-on within D365 Finance environments throughout the project lifecycle.</p><p><br></p><p>Required Experience</p><ul><li>5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance / D365 F&O experience</li><li>Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes</li><li>Experience supporting ERP implementations or finance transformation initiatives</li><li>Experience with testing/UAT, requirements validation, and functional analysis</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Preferred Experience</p><ul><li>Prior D365 consulting or implementation partner experience</li><li>Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)</li><li>Experience supporting large-scale enterprise ERP programs</li></ul><p></p>
