Social Media Content Creator

Job Summary
We’re seeking a creative, self-driven Content Creator to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll help develop engaging, high-quality content for a variety of clients across multiple platforms. We’re looking for someone who not only knows how to create compelling content, but can also bring fresh ideas to the table without needing constant direction.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creator who understands social media trends, storytelling, and audience engagement, and wants to grow alongside a fast-moving small business with plenty of room for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content for a variety of clients
• Brainstorm and execute creative content ideas independently
• Film, edit, and produce short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, etc.)
• Write captions and help shape brand messaging
• Stay on top of trends, viral formats, and platform updates
• Collaborate with our team while also managing tasks independently
• Help grow client brands through strategic and creative content

What We’re Looking For

• Experience creating high-performing social media content
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and short-form video trends
• Ability to think creatively without constant direction
• Strong editing and storytelling skills
• Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
• Comfortable managing multiple brands/clients

Requirements

• Please include examples of videos, social posts, campaigns, or accounts you’ve managed in your resumer
• Experience with editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.
• Strong communication skills

Position Details

• Part-time: 15–20 hours per week
• Pay: $20–$25/hour based on experience
• Flexible schedule
