Employment Terms & Visa Policy This is a 100% remote, full-time, direct W2 position with Bright Vision Technologies. This role is part of Bright Vision Technologies’ in-house Statement of Work (SOW) engagement. The client, end customer, and employer for this position is Bright Vision Technologies — there is no third-party client, vendor, or implementation partner involved. We do not engage in C2C, 1099, or third-party arrangements for this role. BUT STRICTLY NO C2C/1099/3RD PARTY COMPANIES. ALL OUR ROLES ARE W2 AND NO 3RD PARTY BROKERING PLEASE. Candidates must be willing to work directly as a full-time W2 employee of Bright Vision Technologies and contribute to our in-house SOW deliverables. Job Summary We are looking for a Sitecore Developer to build and maintain enterprise digital experiences on Sitecore Experience Platform (XP), Sitecore XM Cloud, and Sitecore Content Hub. The role spans backend C#/.NET development, front-end work, content modeling, integrations, and platform upgrades, with a strong emphasis on modern composable patterns and migration from legacy implementations. The ideal candidate has shipped meaningful Sitecore work in production, navigates both classic XP/XM and the composable Sitecore ecosystem, and balances technical depth with editor and marketer needs. Key Responsibilities<ul style="margin-bottom:4px;"><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Design and develop Sitecore solutions across XM Cloud, XP, XM, and Content Hub.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Build templates, layouts, renderings, and components following Sitecore Helix architecture principles, keeping the solution modular, upgrade-friendly, and clearly organized by feature, foundation, and project layers.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Develop backend services in C#/.NET using Sitecore APIs and Sitecore Services.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Build headless implementations using Sitecore Headless Services, JSS, and Next.js front ends.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Implement content modeling, taxonomy, and DAM integrations using Content Hub.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Integrate Sitecore with Sitecore Send, Sitecore Personalize, CDP, and OrderCloud.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Migrate legacy XP/XM implementations to XM Cloud and composable architectures.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Implement personalization rules, A/B testing experiments, and analytics integrations that let marketers tailor experiences to specific audiences and measure the impact of content and design changes precisely.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Profile and optimize performance, caching, and CDN strategies for high-traffic sites, applying systematic measurement, targeted improvements, and data-driven validation to deliver quantifiable gains in throughput, latency, or resource efficiency.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Build CI/CD pipelines for Sitecore deployments using modern DevOps tooling.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Participate in code reviews, contribute to standards, and document technical decisions.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Troubleshoot production issues across content delivery, content management, and processing roles.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Collaborate with content authors, designers, and product owners on authoring experience improvements.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Stay current with Sitecore releases and composable DXP evolution, regularly review release notes and community discussions, and translate noteworthy advances into concrete recommendations and adoption proposals for the team.</li></ul> Required Qualifications<ul style="margin-bottom:4px;"><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Five or more years of Sitecore development experience.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Deep expertise in C#/.NET and Sitecore APIs.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Strong understanding of Sitecore Helix architecture.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Hands-on experience with Sitecore XP, XM, or XM Cloud.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Experience with headless implementations using JSS or Next.js.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Solid front-end skills with modern JavaScript and build tools.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Sitecore deployments.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Strong troubleshooting and performance-tuning skills.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications<ul style="margin-bottom:4px;"><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Sitecore Certified Developer credentials.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Experience with XM Cloud migrations.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Familiarity with Sitecore Content Hub, CDP, or Personalize.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Exposure to multi-brand or multi-region Sitecore deployments.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Experience with Sitecore OrderCloud commerce integrations.</li></ul> How to Apply Would you like to know more about this opportunity?
