This is not a traditional enterprise UX role; you will be shaping how energy analysts, grid planners, and market traders interact with complex simulation data and intelligent tools. You will work alongside product managers, engineers, and domain experts to design experiences for one of the most consequential industries in the world. The right candidate is deeply skilled in UX fundamentals and heuristics, comfortable operating at the intersection of AI, complex data visualization, and energy/power domain workflows, and actively uses AI tools and vibe-coding as part of their design practice.
