Engineer of Record, developing innovative stormwater management solutions and leading technical analyses using advanced modeling tools. </span></li><li style="font-size:11pt;margin:3px 0px;letter-spacing:0.25px;line-height:1.6;"><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Work independently and with a team to drive project deliverables as both a project design Lead and Project Manager. relationships with team members, clients, and industry partners to expand Windsor's network and market presence.</span></li><li style="font-size:11pt;margin:3px 0px;letter-spacing:0.25px;line-height:1.6;"><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Lead estimating and proposal efforts for new project opportunities, including development of winning technical style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Mentor/train junior team members in technical excellence, quality standards, and client relationship management across civil engineering disciplines.</span></li><li
