Senior Software Engineer
<p><strong>Senior Software Engineer</strong> </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong> </p> <ul> <li>Design, code and test post-release configuration, performance measurements, production support and maintenance in a full software development cycle. </li> <li>Design, develop and maintain OSS enterprise applications such as Nokia AAA, MediationZone and APIs </li> <li>Map business requirements to functional specifications, perform gap analysis and provide quality solutions </li> <li>Diligently adhere to best practices and promote performance, scalability, and maintainability </li> <li>Identify and monitor inter-dependencies among various application implementation activities </li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements: </strong> </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline.</li> <li>5 years of experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, Implementation Architect, or a related software coding and configuration position</li> <li>Some experience must include the following:</li> <ul> <li>Nokia AAA or MediationZone</li> <li>Java or Spring Framework</li> <li>Object-oriented languages and design techniques</li> <li>UNIX platforms</li> <li>SQL</li> <li>Data structures, algorithm design, concurrency issues, and performance assessment </li> <li>API/microservice architecture design</li> <li>AWS</li> <li>CI/CD (continuous integration and continuous delivery/deployment)</li> </ul> </ul> <p>Candidate may telecommute from home office anywhere in the United States.</p> <p>Company headquarters: Boingo Wireless, Inc. 17 Cowboys Way, Suite 400, Frisco, TX 75034</p> <p>Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00 PM. Hiring range for position: $121,733 to $130,000 per year.
