- To strengthen our SAP application management capabilities, we are looking for a Senior SAP S/4HANA Application Manager who takes end-to-end responsibility for stable operations, continuous improvement, and secure delivery in a highly regulated banking environment.
- As a Senior SAP S/4HANA Application Manager, you are responsible for the run and change of SAP S/4HANA applications with a strong focus on finance-related processes. You act as a central point of contact between business, IT delivery, SAP Basis, external partners, and auditors.
Your mission:
- End-to-end application management for SAP S/4HANA services (Run & Change)
- Coordinate operational topics with SAP Infrastructure Team and external vendors
- Ensure transparent communication during incidents and planned changes
- Perform root cause analyses and drive sustainable solutions
- Plan and coordinate SAP S/4HANA release upgrades, support packages, and transports (incl. cutover and hypercare)
- Coordinate security topics, vulnerability fixes, penetration tests and audit findings (internal & external)
- Support and continuously improve documentation, monitoring, and operational processes
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives within the Finance & IT organization
Core Competencies:
- Several years of hands-on experience in SAP application management, ideally SAP S/4HANA
- Experience with:
- SAP S/4HANA Release & Change Management
- Incident, Problem, and Service Management (ITIL-oriented)
- Security and audit-related topics
- User Management
- Solid knowledge of SAP Finance processes (FI/CO or adjacent areas)
- Sound accounting knowledge preferable in banking industry
- Proven ability to coordinate complex topics across multiple stakeholders
- Fluent English skills; German is an advantage

Competitive salary:
