Your Opportunity for Impact We’re hiring a seasoned sales leader to own the performance and growth of our Corporate revenue engine. This is a hands-on, strategic role that combines sales leadership, talent development, and go-to-market strategy. You’ll coach and develop six Account Executives (AEs), recruit top performers to expand both teams, drive predictable revenue attainment, and partner cross-functionally to refine our GTM for large enterprise customers. What Your Contributions Will Be <ul> <li>Directly manage and coach Account Executives across the Corporate sector, driving consistent, predictable revenue and pipeline health. </li> <li>Recruit, interview, and hire new AEs and future leaders; partner with Talent/HR to build high-performing teams and effective onboarding processes. </li> <li>Manage AEs through 6 and 7 figure deal values sales cycles across 6–12-month sales cycles. </li> <li>Establish an enterprise deal governance process (capture plans, exec sponsors, competitive strategy) and a short-cycle playbook for new AEs (prospecting, qualification, MEDDICC/BANT hygiene, closing). </li> <li>Shape go-to-market strategy for new logo acquisition and expansion across the commercial vertical. </li> <li>Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align messaging, enablement, and cross-sell/renewal motions. </li> <li>Deliver recurring coaching, performance management, and career development for direct reports. </li> </ul> Ideally You Will Have <ul> <li>10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with consistent quota attainment; 5+ years managing sales teams or sales managers. </li> <li>Experience selling to large Fortune 1000 commercial enterprise accounts. </li> <li>Proven track record of recruiting, developing, and scaling high-performing AE teams. </li> <li>Strong analytical and forecasting skills, CRM rigor (Salesforce), and comfort with sales metrics/KPIs. </li> <li>Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functionally. </li> </ul> Why Join Us <ul> <li>Competitive base salary + OTE, equity, and comprehensive benefits. </li> <li>Opportunity to build and shape the Corporate sales organization. </li> <li>Blend of strategic impact and hands-on leadership. </li> </ul> Benefits <ul> <li>90% healthcare premiums company covered </li> <li>HSA company contribution </li> <li>401K match at 4% with immediate vesting </li> <li>Flexible PTO (typically 3–4 weeks a year) </li> <li>10 paid holidays </li> <li>Monthly wellness contributions </li> <li>Access to LinkedIn Learning with monthly dedicated time </li> </ul> Compensation Transparency The compensation range for this position is: $215,000.00-$230,000.00 + variable The compensation range for this position is competitive and reflects the base salary. Variable is based on performance.
