We're building something new — a platform where local culture, community, and commerce come together — and we're looking for a visionary product leader to help us shape it from the ground up.

The opportunity

This is a ground-floor leadership role. You won't just manage a product — you'll help define what it becomes. As our Senior SaaS Product Specialist / Manager, you'll own product strategy, drive platform growth, and hold real authority within our ecosystem as it scales across Minnesota and beyond.

We are open to a range of arrangements: equity partnerships, performance-based contracts, revenue sharing, or a hybrid structure — let's talk.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end SaaS product strategy, roadmap, and execution
• Define user personas, feature priorities, and go-to-market positioning
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and community stakeholders
• Identify and develop revenue streams, partnerships, and monetization models
• Drive growth metrics: activation, retention, and expansion
• Represent the product vision to partners, investors, and the Minnesota community

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in SaaS product management, product strategy, or a senior specialist role
• Proven track record of launching or scaling a digital product or platform
• Strong grasp of growth metrics, user research, and agile methodology
• Entrepreneurial mindset — you thrive with autonomy and ambiguity
• Passion for Minnesota communities, local business, or civic tech is a big plus
• Experience with marketplace, community, or media platforms preferred
