<h3>Project description:</h3>We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of this modernization program. The position involves full responsibility for end-to-end project execution, maintaining strong governance practices, and coordinating multiple interconnected workstreams within a complex enterprise setting. The role demands a high level of attention to detail as well as effective collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.<h3>Main responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Lead the full project lifecycle, from project initiation to deployment and post-implementation stabilization</li><li>Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and dependency management across multiple workstreams</li><li>Manage project budgets, forecasts, and overall financial performance</li><li>Proactively identify, assess, and resolve risks, issues, and project dependencies</li><li>Oversee change management processes, evaluating impacts on scope, timelines, and costs</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between application, infrastructure, cloud, testing, and business teams</li><li>Implement governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and executive-level status communication</li><li>Ensure adherence to PMO methodologies, documentation standards, and audit compliance requirements</li><li>Lead testing activities, cutover planning, and deployment readiness efforts</li><li>Facilitate stakeholder alignment, secure approvals, and support executive-level decision-making</li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li class="MsoNormal">Strong background in application modernization or cloud transformation programs</li><li class="MsoNormal">Knowledge of AWS, containerization technologies, and legacy system migration</li><li class="MsoNormal">Practical experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for project tracking and execution</li><li class="MsoNormal">Basic understanding of AI concepts is considered an advantage</li><li class="MsoNormal">Ability to manage complex delivery processes, including testing and sign-off coordination</li><li class="MsoNormal">Strong leadership skills in cross-functional and distributed team environments</li><li class="MsoNormal">Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities</li><li class="MsoNormal">Experience managing enterprise application portfolios and modernization initiatives</li><li class="MsoNormal">Understanding of infrastructure transformation and cloud migration strategies</li><li class="MsoNormal">Familiarity with software lifecycle management, testing, and deployment practices</li><li class="MsoNormal">Experience working in large-scale IT environments with multiple stakeholders and dependencies</li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li class="MsoNormal">Minimum 8 years of IT Project Management experience leading medium-to-large complex initiatives</li><li class="MsoNormal">Strong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid project management methodologies</li><li class="MsoNormal">Proven experience in:<ol><li class="MsoNormal">Integrated planning and scheduling</li><li class="MsoNormal">Budgeting and financial forecasting</li><li class="MsoNormal">Risk and issue management</li><li class="MsoNormal">Executive reporting and stakeholder communication</li></ol></li><li class="MsoNormal">Experience working within structured PMO governance models</li><li class="MsoNormal">Ability to lead matrixed teams and external vendors</li><li class="MsoNormal">Preferred certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent</li></ul><h3>Nice to have:</h3><ul><li>Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow</li></ul>
