Senior Program Manager, Partner Services Success Americas
Description:
- Drive theater-level execution of partner-led services motions and manage opportunity progression.
- Inspect active opportunities, identify stalled deals, and surface execution gaps.
- Establish regional inspection cadences, opportunity review rhythms, and escalation paths.
- Support strategic partners in building services readiness and moving toward repeatable execution.
- Build field-facing playbooks, templates, and inspection guides for broader adoption.
- Serve as the execution and feedback loop between the field and global programs.
- Coordinate across Partner Programs, Channel, Sales, Services, and Enablement to maintain ownership and operating standards.
- Track progress on partner readiness and briefings to improve activation and scalability.
Requirements:
- 7–10 years of experience in partner programs, channel operations, partner success, professional services, managed services, consulting/advisory, or SaaS GTM execution.
- Proven ability to work across Sales, Channel, Services, and Partner organizations without direct authority.
- Strong operational discipline with experience in opportunity inspection, cadence management, and executive-ready reporting.
- Experience building practical field-facing playbooks, templates, and operating models that support execution at scale.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to simplify complex workflows and tailor messaging for regional and global stakeholders.
- Comfortable working across time zones as needed.
- Experience supporting partner-led professional services, managed services, co-delivery, or advisory services motions (preferred).
- Background working with GSIs, National Solution Providers, VARs, MSSPs, or large enterprise SaaS partner ecosystems (preferred).
- Technical familiarity with CRM, PRM, PSA, partner portals, and services attach tracking/reporting dashboards (preferred).
Benefits:
- Base salary range of $122,500 to $175,000 USD.
