You will leverage AI development technologies, market research, and data-driven decision-making to improve Midnight’s capabilities and maintain its competitive edge. This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, execution, and leadership, with an emphasis on balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p><br><b>Product Strategy & Roadmap</b><br>● Define and drive Midnight’s long-term product vision and ensure alignment with business goals.<br>● Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap, prioritizing features <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">and enhancements</span> that deliver the most value.<br>● Identify opportunities for automation, AI-driven insights, and improved integrations to enhance Midnight’s functionality.<br><b>Execution & Delivery</b><br>● Own the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.<br>● Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to define product requirements and oversee Agile development cycles.<br>● Translate customer feedback and business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.<br>● Drive scalability and performance improvements, ensuring Midnight remains a <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">robust, reliable</span> solution for users.</p><p><b>Customer & Market Insights</b><br>● Conduct user research and industry trend evaluations to refine Midnight’s <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">market position.</span><br>● Work with sales and customer success teams to gather insights and translate <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">customer feedback</span> into product improvements.<br>● Define and track key product success metrics (KPIs) to evaluate feature adoption and overall product performance.<br><b>Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership</b><br>● Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">smooth communication</span> and alignment.<br>● Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">product messaging,</span> and training materials.<br>● Lead internal product demos and executive updates, articulating product progress and key decisions.<br>● Mentor and guide junior product managers, contributing to a strong product <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">management culture</span> within the organization.</p><p></p><p><b>Qualifications & Skills:</b></p><p></p><p><b>Required:</b><br>● 10+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, B2B, ERP, or <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">workflow automation</span> software.<br>● Technical acumen, with an understanding of APIs, cloud-based platforms, and <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">system integrations.</span><br>● Experience leading end-to-end product development, from discovery to launch.<br>● Proven ability to use data, customer insights, and business strategy to inform <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">product decisions.</span><br>● Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience managing crossfunctional teams.<br>● Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.<br> </p><p><b>Preferred:</b><br>● Experience in print MIS, ERP, or related workflow automation software.<br>● Leveraging AI as the core of the product development lifecycle.<br>● Familiarity with AWS serverless architecture, AI-powered automation, or <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">business intelligence</span> tools.<br>● Strong background in UX/UI best practices, A/B testing, and user journey optimization.<br>● MBA or equivalent experience in product strategy is a plus.</p><p></p><p>Salary Range: $61,450 - $130,000</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Fullsteam supports an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought, experience, and background.
