Translate complex business and technical requirements into beautiful, intuitive, scalable experiences. Produce wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI with strong attention to craft and usability using Figma and AI powered tooling.</li><li><b>AI Platform Expertise</b>: For example, having the ability to define and evolve GEO strategies to optimize digital content generation, personalization, and performance across platforms. Also having the ability to provide experience design recommendations for Agentic – Human platforms.</li><li><b>Cross-Functional Collaboration</b>: Work in multidisciplinary teams across strategy, design, and technology to deliver cohesive and innovative solutions.</li><li><b>Innovation Advocacy</b>: Foster a culture of experimentation and innovation within the organization and with clients.</li><li><b>Digital Design Solutioning</b>: Create and recommend design solution approaches that leverage emerging technologies such as Agentic AI and predictive analytics. The ability to tell a compelling story through digital tools (CMS, Mobile etc.)</li><li><b>Experience Strategy Expertise</b>: Envision scalable and intuitive experience architectures for digital assets across web, mobile, and other channels. Contribute to planning and roadmaps to execute that vision.</li></ul><div> </div><div style="margin-bottom: 2.0pt;line-height: 107.0%;"><b>What We’d Love to See:</b></div><ul style="margin-top: 0.0px;"><li>Proven experience in designing brand evoking digital experiences across web, mobile and product.</li><li>Experience designing Agentic platform workflows and UX. This would include conversational interfaces and orchestration agent-based workflows.</li><li>Strong grasp of emerging digital trends and platforms (e.g., Agentic solutions, GenAI, LLMs, cloud platforms, Adobe AEM & AEP, Microsoft solutions, and composable architectures).</li><li>Experience designing and implementing design ecosystems and omnichannel solutions.</li><li>Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with executive audiences.</li><li>Demonstrated success in working in cross-functional teams and delivering complex digital programs.</li><li>Experience mentoring or enabling design teams in adopting new technologies and workflows.
