Senior Procurement Project Manager

<b><strong>The Role</strong></b><br/><br/>We are looking for an experienced <b><strong>Procurement Project Manager</strong></b> to join our growing team and support large-scale data center projects. As a Senior Procurement Project Manager, you'll be a critical partner to project and construction teams, helping guide procurement from early planning through delivery. You'll work across sourcing, contracting, logistics, and supplier management to keep projects moving on time and on budget.<br/><br/>This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally, driving procurement strategy, and playing a key role in delivering complex capital projects. <br/><br/>Preferred locations: Corsicana, TX or Denver, CO. <br/><br/><b><strong>What You'll Do</strong></b><br/><br/><ul><li>Lead end-to-end procurement for EPC capital projects (RFQs, bid analysis, negotiations, PO issuance)</li><li>Partner with engineering, construction, and project teams to drive sourcing decisions</li><li>Manage supplier relationships, fabrication progress, and delivery timelines</li><li>Coordinate site logistics, material receiving, and contractor alignment</li><li>Support contracting, vendor selection, and prequalification processes</li><li>Travel to supplier sites and project locations to ensure execution stays on track</li><li>Use tools like NetSuite, Procore, and Asana to manage workflows and reporting</li></ul><br/><br/><b><strong>What You'll Bring</strong></b><br/><br/><ul><li><b><strong>6+ years</strong></b> of experience in EPCM, heavy industrial construction, or industrial plant operations; direct project experience is a strong plus</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)</li><li>Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain management within capital projects</li><li>Experience with construction, contracting, and major equipment/material procurement</li><li>Excellent negotiation, commercial, and analytical skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities, contracts, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Experience in data center projects preferred</li><li>Familiarity with tools such as NetSuite, Procore, and/or Asana preferred</li></ul><br/><br/><b><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></b><br/><br/><ul><li>Competitive Salary: Base salary commensurate with experience (Texas $110K - $140K, Colorado $120K - $155K) + bonus + sign-on equity grant</li><li>Long-Term Growth: Eligible to participate in Riot's equity incentive programs and share in the success you help build</li><li>401(k) Retirement Plan: Incudes a generous company match</li><li>Comprehensive Health Coverage: Multiple medical plan options, including 100% company-paid plans</li><li>Wellness & Lifestyle Perks: Enjoy free gym memberships, pet insurance, childcare discounts, and more to support your life both in and out of work</li></ul><br/><br/>#LI-YT1
