We deliver 360° marketing solutions, from social and influencer marketing to paid media, email, creative development, and web design, all with a unified, data-driven approach.</p><p>With over $17M in revenue and a team of 80+, our clients include Tatcha, Medik8, Jergens, Raw Sugar, SkinMedica, Rimmel, Dr. Dennis Gross, and many more.</p><p>Within this ecosystem, the Paid Ad Creative team operates at high speed and high volume; producing performance-driven assets that directly impact revenue growth.</p><p></p><p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer, Paid Media to lead creative execution and direction across our paid advertising initiatives. This role is both strategic and hands-on; responsible for setting the creative bar, driving performance-led design decisions, and leading day-to-day output across paid channels.</p><p>This is not a generalist design role. You will own paid media creative across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms; ensuring all assets are performance-first, scalable, and optimized for growth.</p><p>You thrive in a fast-paced environment, move quickly, think strategically, and understand how to translate performance data into creative direction. You are comfortable leading creative conversations with media buyers while also executing high-quality work yourself.</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead the creative direction for paid media campaigns across all key platforms.</p></li><li><p>Design high-converting static and motion assets while setting quality standards for the team.</p></li><li><p>Translate performance data into clear creative testing roadmaps and iteration strategies.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all creative is platform-native, conversion-focused, and optimized for scale.</p></li><li><p>Build and oversee scalable Figma systems and templates to support efficient production.</p></li><li><p>Directly manage and mentor a Paid Ad Graphic Designer and provide clear feedback, creative guidance, and performance-based direction.</p></li><li><p>Oversee workload distribution, timelines, and output quality; fostering a fast, collaborative, performance-driven team culture.</p></li><li><p>Lead motion design execution using Adobe After Effects for high-impact paid video ads.</p></li><li><p>Integrate AI tools into the creative process to increase speed, variation, and production efficiency.</p></li><li><p>Continuously refine workflows to improve turnaround time and creative output volume.<br></p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>6+ years of professional design experience, with deep expertise in paid media creative.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience leading creative for performance marketing campaigns.</p></li><li><p>Prior experience managing or mentoring designers.</p></li><li><p>Advanced proficiency in Figma (mandatory) with experience building scalable design systems.</p></li><li><p>Strong expertise in After Effects and performance-driven motion design.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to accelerate and enhance creative production.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of direct-response design principles and paid media testing frameworks.</p></li><li><p>Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-output environment.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li><p>Competitive PTO</p></li><li><p>High-quality health, visual and dental care</p></li><li><p>Class Pass memberships</p></li><li><p>Client product discounts</p></li><li><p>Bike membership</p></li><li><p>Social events</p></li></ul><p><strong>Salary</strong>: $95,000-$110,000</p>
