This role requires a strong balance of technical GIS expertise, independent problem-solving, and client-focused delivery, working across distributed teams in multiple regions and time zones. You will play a key role in delivering scalable GIS solutions using Esri and other technologies, supporting data-driven decision-making, and advancing enterprise GIS capabilities. What You Will Do: As a GIS Consultant at Woolpert, you will be responsible for: Solution Delivery & Problem Solving <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Independently analyze client requirements and translate them into practical GIS solutions and workflows</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Design and configure solutions using ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, and mobile applications (e.g., Field Maps)</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Troubleshoot technical challenges and adapt solutions with minimal supervision</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Contribute to project execution across multiple concurrent engagements</li> </ul> GIS Application & Platform Expertise <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Use ArcGIS Pro for data management, analysis, and map production</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Configure and deploy web maps, apps, and dashboards using ArcGIS Online</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Design and extend Experience Builder applications <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience with elegant geospatial symbology and UI/UX a plus</li> </ul> </li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt;">Design and implement GIS data models that align with project and client requirements</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage spatial data, metadata, and tabular data including QA/QC and schema design</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt;">Develop and maintain automated workflows using ModelBuilder, Python, FME or equivalent tools</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Improve efficiency by automating repetitive geospatial processes</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Contribute to reusable tools, templates, and accelerators for project delivery</li> </ul> Documentation & Communication <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong working knowledge of ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, Experience Builder, Field Maps, and mobile GIS workflows</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
