Senior Full Stack QA Engineer
<p><strong>Ciklum</strong> is looking for a <strong>Senior Full Stack QA Engineer</strong> to join our team full-time in Bulgaria.</p><p>We are a custom product engineering company that supports both multinational organizations and scaling startups to solve their most complex business challenges. With a global team of over 4,000 highly skilled developers, consultants, analysts and product owners, we engineer technology that redefines industries and shapes the way people live.</p><p><strong>About the role:</strong><br>As a Senior Full Stack QA Engineer, you will play a pivotal leadership role in transitioning a high-velocity, backend-driven engineering team toward a sophisticated "shift-left" quality model. Your mission is to move beyond this model by auditing the current state, identifying critical gaps, and involving in implementing a robust automated testing framework.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Design, execute and maintain test suites with a primary focus on backend-driven architectures</li><li>Utilize JS based TAF (test automation framework)</li><li>Debug and improve integrations, identifying and targeting the resolution of broken technical workflows</li><li>Conduct a comprehensive audit of the existing testing landscape to identify neglected areas and define a roadmap for improvements</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven track record in senior-level QA roles with emphasis on both manual and automated backend testing with complex data point integrations</li><li>Professional experience and deep technical proficiency with JS testing frameworks, specifically Cypress and Playwright</li><li>Expert understanding of the testing principles (e.g. test pyramid) and the ability to apply it practically improve existing testing processes</li><li>Experience testing event-driven processes</li><li>Very good English language skills (stakeholders are native speakers)</li></ul><p><strong>What`s in it for you?</strong></p><ul><li>Regular salary reviews based on performance</li><li>Corporate events: webinars, offline parties, and meetups</li><li>Internal Mobility Program</li><li>Tailored education path (including full access to Udemy, certifications, etc.)</li><li>25 paid days off: 20 business days of vacation per calendar year + 5 undocumented sick leave days</li><li>Additional health insurance</li><li>100% company-covered Multisport card, with discounts available for family members</li></ul><p><strong>About us:</strong></p><p>At Ciklum, we are always exploring innovations, empowering each other to achieve more, and engineering solutions that matter.
