Senior Financial Analyst, Software Industry (125K-130K)

<p>We are seeking a <strong>Senior Financial Analyst</strong> for a dynamic and growing <strong>software/SaaS organization</strong>. This highly visible FP&A role will support strategic decision-making through advanced financial analysis, planning, forecasting, and performance reporting.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, SaaS industry experience, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>This position pays 125K-130K+10% Bonus.</em></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Planning & Forecasting</strong></p><ul><li>Lead annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and periodic financial reviews.</li><li>Partner with operational leaders to align financial targets with business strategy.</li></ul><p><strong>Performance & Financial Analysis</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze business performance, identify trends, and track KPIs to drive revenue growth and optimize resource allocation.</li><li>Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives and operational decisions.</li><li>Provide scenario and sensitivity analysis to support executive decision-making.</li></ul><p><strong>Reporting & Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare management reports, dashboards, graphs, and ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Accounting to ensure alignment and data integrity.</li><li>Support month-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting.</li></ul><p><strong>Process Improvement</strong></p><ul><li>Drive enhancements in forecasting, reporting, and analytical tools to improve efficiency and scalability.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA preferred.</li><li>5 years of progressive financial analysis experience, including budgeting and forecasting.</li><li>Prior experience within a Software or SaaS environment strongly preferred.</li><li>Advanced Excel proficiency required; experience with Salesforce, SAP, and Power BI highly desirable.</li><li>Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior leadership.</li></ul><p>.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>If you are interested in this job or other Accounting and Finance career opportunities from LHH Recruitment Solutions please email Rami Muhanna at rami.muhanna@lhh.com or visit our website at www.lhh.com</p>
