Make an impact.</b></p> <p>We're partnering with a large, complex, multi-entity organization to identify a <b>Senior Accountant</b> who wants to expand beyond traditional accounting and get involved in <b>finance projects, systems, and process improvement initiatives</b>.</p> <p>This is an opportunity to leverage your accounting background while taking on a more <b>project-oriented role</b>, supporting cross-functional initiatives across the organization.</p> <p>If you enjoy improving processes, working with systems, and helping drive change-not just closing the books-this is worth a look.</p> <b>What You'll Be Responsible For</b> <p>• Supporting and coordinating finance-related projects across multiple business units<br>• Partnering with accounting, finance, and operational teams<br>• Assisting with system implementations and process improvements<br>• Helping drive timelines and keep cross-functional initiatives moving<br>• Supporting standardization efforts across the organization<br>• Communicating project updates and progress to stakeholders<br>• Leveraging your accounting knowledge to support project execution</p> <b>What They're Looking For</b> <p>• 5-8+ years of accounting or finance experience<br>• Strong understanding of month-end close and financial reporting<br>• Exposure to projects, implementations, or process improvements<br>• Interest in moving into more project-based work<br>• Ability to influence and work cross-functionally<br>• Strong communication and organizational skills</p> <b>What Will Set You Apart</b> <p>• Experience supporting system implementations (ERP or similar)<br>• Background in shared services or multi-entity environments<br>• Exposure to high-volume or commission-based environments<br>• Interest in process improvement and transformation work</p> <b>Why This Role</b> <p>• Opportunity to step beyond traditional accounting<br>• Exposure to finance transformation and systems work<br>• High visibility across a large organization<br>• Strong blend of accounting + project experience<br>• Hybrid flexibility in the Twin Cities<br> </p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?As2Gc4WKGof0Q4FT8KK5UAk" width="0" height="0">
