Senior Accountant

If that sounds good to you, join us!<br><br><strong>THIS JOB MIGHT BE FOR YOU IF: </strong></p> <ul> <li>You thrive in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple priorities with ease.<br><br></li> <li>You enjoy digging into financial data to uncover insights and support business decisions.<br><br></li> <li>You have a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to delivering accurate financial reports.<br><br></li> <li>You’re comfortable working independently and cross-functionally with different departments.<br><br></li> <li>You’re looking for an opportunity to grow within a high-performing finance team.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>A DAY IN THE LIFE: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Prepare and review general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and monthly financial reports.<br><br></li> <li>Support month-end and year-end close processes.<br><br></li> <li>Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies.<br><br></li> <li>Assist with audit preparation and serve as a liaison to external auditors.<br><br></li> <li>Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.<br><br></li> <li>Collaborate across departments to support financial reporting and business initiatives.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>YOUR EXPERIENCE + A FEW NICE TO HAVES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or CPA preferred).<br><br></li> <li>3–5 years of accounting experience (Big 4 experience or a combination of Big 4 and industry is ideal).<br><br></li> <li>Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices.<br><br></li> <li>Advanced Excel skills and a high degree of comfort with spreadsheets.<br><br></li> <li>Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.<br><br></li> <li>Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.<br><br></li> <li><strong>Nice to Haves:</strong> CPA certification and experience with ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite).</li> </ul>
