This role is part of Bright Vision Technologies’ in-house Statement of Work (SOW) engagement. The client, end customer, and employer for this position is Bright Vision Technologies — there is no third-party client, vendor, or implementation partner involved. We do not engage in C2C, 1099, or third-party arrangements for this role. BUT STRICTLY NO C2C/1099/3RD PARTY COMPANIES. ALL OUR ROLES ARE W2 AND NO 3RD PARTY BROKERING PLEASE. Candidates must be willing to work directly as a full-time W2 employee of Bright Vision Technologies and contribute to our in-house SOW deliverables. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) Developer to design, build, and operate enterprise integration scenarios that connect SAP S/4HANA and other SAP applications with a wide variety of non-SAP, third-party, and cloud-based systems. In this role you will own the full integration lifecycle, from requirements analysis and interface design, through development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and post-go-live support. The ideal candidate will combine deep CPI expertise with a strong understanding of integration patterns, API management, and message-based architectures, and will partner with functional consultants, enterprise architects, and integration partners to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable integration solutions. Key Responsibilities<ul style="margin-bottom:4px;"><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Design and develop end-to-end integration scenarios in SAP Integration Suite / CPI, including synchronous and asynchronous flows, complex mappings, and orchestration logic.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Build, configure, and maintain integration content using iFlows, content modifiers, splitters, routers, exception subprocesses, and adapter-specific configurations.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Develop custom Groovy and Java scripts within CPI to implement complex transformation, validation, and routing requirements.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Configure and operate a wide range of adapters (HTTP, SOAP, IDoc, OData, JMS, AS2, SFTP, REST, Salesforce, Ariba) to integrate SAP with cloud, on-premises, and partner systems.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Implement secure communication channels, including OAuth2, mTLS, certificate-based authentication, and secure parameter management within CPI.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Design integration patterns aligned with SAP’s reference architecture, including event-driven, API-led, and middleware-mediated patterns.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Build robust error-handling, retry, and alerting mechanisms with strong observability into message flow and processing.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Migrate legacy SAP PI/PO interfaces to SAP Integration Suite, including assessment, redesign, and parallel run strategies.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Configure and manage SAP API Management policies, throttling, security, and developer-portal experiences.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Support performance tuning of high-volume integration scenarios, including pooling, parallel processing, and tenant capacity management.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Document interface specifications, integration designs, and operational procedures, and lead knowledge transfer to support and operations teams.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Collaborate with functional consultants and external integration partners to align technical designs with business processes.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Provide hypercare and post-go-live support, including root-cause analysis and structured incident response.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul style="margin-bottom:4px;"><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Five or more years of SAP integration experience, with at least three years on SAP Integration Suite / CPI.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Strong hands-on experience with iFlow development, Groovy/Java scripting, and a wide range of CPI adapters.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Solid understanding of integration patterns and middleware concepts.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Experience with SAP API Management and event-driven architectures.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Working knowledge of SAP PI/PO and prior experience migrating PI/PO interfaces to CPI is highly desirable.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Familiarity with security standards including OAuth2, SAML, and certificate-based authentication.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Experience working in S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, or Concur integration scenarios.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul style="margin-bottom:4px;"><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">SAP-certified Integration Suite or CPI developer credentials.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Hands-on experience with SAP Event Mesh and SAP Advanced Event Mesh.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Exposure to SAP BTP development and CAP framework.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Familiarity with non-SAP integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi).</li><li style="margin-bottom:4px;margin-left:8px;">Experience with DevOps and CI/CD for SAP Integration Suite content transports.</li></ul>How to Apply Would you like to know more about this opportunity?
