seeking a Salesforce Engagement Manager to lead the successful delivery of Salesforce Field Service and Service Cloud initiatives, ensuring alignment between business goals, project execution, user adoption, and long-term value realization.</p> <h3><strong>Challenge</strong></h3> <p>We’re looking for a Salesforce Engagement Manager who can successfully bridge business and technical teams while driving complex Salesforce implementation projects from discovery through go-live and adoption.</p> <p>This role is ideal for someone who combines strong project and program management skills with business analysis expertise, stakeholder engagement, and change management experience.</p> <p>You will own the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring projects remain on schedule, risks are proactively managed, users are prepared for change, and the organization achieves measurable business outcomes from its Salesforce investment.</p> <h3><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementation projects, with a focus on Service Cloud and Field Service solutions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements-gathering activities with business stakeholders.</p> </li> <li> <p>Translate business requirements into actionable plans for technical and implementation teams.</p> </li> <li> <p>Create and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource coordination.</p> </li> <li> <p>Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.</p> </li> <li> <p>Drive stakeholder communication and executive reporting throughout the project lifecycle.</p> </li> <li> <p>Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training activities, and deployment readiness.</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead change management initiatives to maximize user adoption and business value.</p> </li> <li> <p>Define and track project KPIs, adoption metrics, and ROI indicators.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization efforts.</p> </li> <li> <p>Act as the primary liaison between business users, implementation teams, and leadership stakeholders.</p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>5+ years of experience in project management, program management, and business analysis.</p> </li> <li> <p>Proven experience delivering Salesforce implementation projects.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong background in:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Requirements gathering and documentation</p> </li> <li> <p>Stakeholder management</p> </li> <li> <p>Project planning and execution</p> </li> <li> <p>Risk and issue management</p> </li> <li> <p>User Acceptance Testing (UAT)</p> </li> <li> <p>Training coordination</p> </li> <li> <p>Change management</p> </li> </ul> </li> <li> <p>Experience leading workshops and cross-functional working sessions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Salesforce Field Service.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience defining and reporting project KPIs and adoption metrics.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams.</p> </li> <li> <p>English proficiency at C1/C2 level (written and verbal).</p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Nice to Have</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>Salesforce Administrator certification.</p> </li> <li> <p>Salesforce Service Cloud experience or certification.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementations.</p> </li> <li> <p>Prosci, ADKAR, or similar change management certification/training.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience using structured change management frameworks and toolkits.</p> </li> <li> <p>Background in service operations, industrial services, manufacturing, or field-service organizations.</p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Team &
