Sales Executive - Delhi

<p><strong>Role Objective:</strong></p><p>To drive sales and business growth of Ring Main Units (RMUs) and Compact Substations (CSS) in<br>the Delhi NCR region by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and providing<br>technical-commercial solutions that meet customer needs.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Business Development</strong><br>Identify and pursue new business opportunities in utilities, EPCs, industrial clients, and<br>infrastructure projects.<br>Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and government bodies.<br> </p><p><strong>Sales Execution</strong><br>Achieve assigned sales targets for RMU and CSS products.<br>Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.<br>Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.<br> </p><p><strong>Technical Support</strong><br>Provide pre-sales technical assistance to customers, ensuring product suitability.<br>Coordinate with design and engineering teams for customized solutions.<br>Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.<br> </p><p><strong>Market Intelligence</strong><br>Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.<br>Provide feedback to product management for continuous improvement.<br> </p><p><strong>Coordination</strong><br>Work closely with supply chain, logistics, and service teams to ensure timely delivery and<br>customer satisfaction.<br>Support after-sales service and resolve client issues promptly.<br> </p><p><strong>Qualifications & Skills</strong><br><strong>Education</strong><br>B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or related field<strong>.</strong><br> </p><p><strong>Experience</strong><br>3-6 years of experience in sales of electrical switchgear, RMU, CSS, or related power distribution<br>equipment.<br>Prior exposure to utility projects, industrial clients, or EPC contracts in Delhi NCR is desirable.<br> </p><p><strong>Skills</strong><br>Strong technical knowledge of medium-voltage switchgear and substations.<br>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.<br>Ability to work independently and achieve targets.<br>Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and tendering processes.<br> </p><p><strong>Growth Opportunities</strong><br>Exposure to large-scale utility and infrastructure projects.<br>Career progression into Product Specialist roles.<br>Opportunity to contribute to smart grid and renewable energy integration projects.</p>
